We want you to love your jacket. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Standard Products: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or Made-to-Measure Jackets: These are created specifically for you and are non-refundable. However, we offer one free alteration to make sure your jacket fits perfectly.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (not by us) are not eligible for refund.
2. How to Start a Refund
- Email us at support@thejacketmasters.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–10 business days to process the funds.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange an exchange for eligible products. Exchanges follow the same conditions and timelines as refunds.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
