Returns Policy
At The Jacket Masters, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, www.thejacketmasters.com, or engage with our services, in compliance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States, and other relevant regulations.

We want you to love your jacket. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
- Exchanges: Free size/color exchanges within 30 days (US orders)

Who can return
- Orders placed directly with The Jacket Masters (website or studio)
- Gift returns with a gift receipt or order number (JM-#####)
If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly as their policies apply.
Eligibility checklist
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of odors, pet hair, stains, and marks
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We recommend trying items on indoors to keep them in returnable condition.
Not eligible for return
- Final sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-measure items
- Altered or tailored items after delivery
- Gift cards
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging
We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet the above conditions.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@thejacketmasters.example with your order number (e.g., JM-27491), item(s), and reason.
- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. US exchanges receive a prepaid label.
- Pack the item securely. Include your RA in the package.
- Ship within 30 days of delivery. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.
Unauthorized returns without an RA may be delayed or refused.
Exchanges
- US orders: One free size/color exchange per order within 30 days, subject to stock availability. We cover outbound shipping for the exchange.
- International orders: Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase due to shipping and duties. We’ll help you reorder at the correct size.
If your desired item is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method
- Timing: 5–10 business days after your return is delivered and inspected (bank processing times may vary)
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Discounts: Refunds reflect what you paid after any discounts
- Store credit: Available upon request instead of a refund
Return shipping costs
- US returns for refund: You may use your own carrier, or request a prepaid label; if you use our label, its cost will be deducted from your refund. Defective/incorrect items receive free return shipping.
- International returns: You are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to avoid additional import fees.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email photos and your order number to support@thejacketmasters.example
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related shipping
Gifts
- With a gift receipt or order number, we can provide store credit to the gift recipient or exchange the item.
- Refunds to the purchaser’s original payment method require the purchaser’s authorization.
Holiday returns
Bundles and free gifts
If returning part of a bundle or an order that included a free gift:
- Return the free gift as well, or
- Keep it and we’ll deduct its retail value from your refund
Environmental note
Please reuse the original packaging when possible. It helps protect your item and reduces waste.
