4. Confirmation Email
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get it within 24 hours, please contact our customer support.
5. Shipping & Customs
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (e.g. U.S., UK, Canada, Australia for orders over $139). For other regions or orders below that threshold, shipping fees apply. Additional duties or customs charges may be your responsibility.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Standard Products: You may return or exchange these within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, resalable condition with packaging intact.
- Custom or Made-to-Measure Items: Not eligible for return or refund. However, we offer a free first alteration if they don’t fit properly.
- Refunds for regular items are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. It may take an additional 2–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 business days of placing it. Once the order is dispatched or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellations cannot be accepted.
